However, over time, we’ve encountered an unfortunate challenge: many parcels sent on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis were refused upon arrival. When such parcels are returned to us, the organic henna — which is a perishable, handcrafted product — often gets spoiled or unusable by the time it makes it back. This not only leads to product waste but also results in a significant financial loss for our small business.

Our mission is to serve every customer with quality and care, and to continue doing that sustainably, we’ve made the decision to no longer offer COD. Instead, we kindly ask our valued customers to confirm their orders through advance payment. This helps us prepare and ship your henna with confidence, knowing it’s headed to a customer excited to receive it.
